The atmosphere at the Abuja division of the Federal High Court is already lively as elders, chiefs and other members of the Indigenous People of Biafra are already present to receive and sand with their detained leader, Nnamdi Kanu, whose trial begins today, 6th April, 2017.
Kanu’s trial will be presided over by Justice Binta Nyako, who in her last ruling reversed to the use of secret trial which she had earlier on dismissed.
In a video posted online, the Port Harcourt chapter of IPOB, known as IGWEOCHA WARRIORS said they are watching to see what the outcome of today’s court trial would be.
