The illegally detained chief executive of Capital Oil and Gas Limited, Dr Ifeanyi Ubah was unconditionally released by the Directorate of Security Service (DSS), as prosecution collapses.
After weeks of investigation by the Nigerian Secret Police, they concluded that there is nothing incriminating on Capital Oil and Dr Ubah’s transactions with NNPC Retail Service.
