The franchise, according to a release, covers the continent of Africa and will be on for a period of five years. By this new agreement, Crested Crane and Tours is saddled with the responsibility of representing Oxford International Education Pan Africa and also prepare students for the yearly international competition which will hold early next year during the Easter Holidays.
The Managing Director of Crested Crane and Tours, Mercy Makinde, was at the Greenwich office of Oxford International Education in the UK to put pen on paper recently.
She said besides taking the students to the international competition, Crested Crane intends to make the programme part of the students’ academic life style by instituting the BEO Club as an extra-curricular activity in schools while also conducting the national competitions in Nigeria.
Makinde explained that schools are already registering for the competition and come next year these students would be the first set of African Ambassadors to the only Official English Language Competition in the World, the British English Olympics!
